I am a Doctor of Design (DDes) student at Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD).

I am a system thinker, planner and designer. I have special interests in climate resilience (adaptation-mitigation policies/spatial planning, and vulnerability analysis) across scale, in Global South and North cities. I use visualization methods to represents diverse socio-environmental and economic phenomenon through mapping technologies.

My current dissertation research uses a hybrid approach between climate science, planning and design. The research both uses qualitative and quantitative (spatial data statistics & GIS) approaches.

My past research assessed the potentials of carbon mitigation in Seoul residential neighborhoods using different mapping and statistics methodologies (see previous work: potentials of carbon mitigation through the provision of solar energy in different types of residential neighborhoods in Seoul).
